You Just Purchased New Gear...
Short version: Make sure your new gear fits your needs and expectations before you rip the tags off and get it dirty.
Long version: We highly recommend your first adventure with your new gear is indoors, with tags attached, to ensure proper fit. Wear those new boots inside on the carpet to check size and fit. Make sure you are wearing the same socks you will be wearing on your excursion, as most boot issues can be resolved with proper socks or swapping out insoles. Load your new pack with 10-15lbs of weight and adjust before heading for the mountains on that big hunt. Try on clothing to ensure fit before you put it into service, and Leave the Tags On!!!
If everything fits well, time to head outside!

The product manufacturer handles warranties. If you find a problem or defect with a product, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly. They can help you with any warranty concerns for their products much faster. We will gladly assist you upon request, and will make every effort to help you achieve your desired outcome.
For orders over $100, we offer FREE shipping within the US lower 48 States or to an APO address. Don’t forget to select FREE SHIPPING during checkout.
We use FedEx Ground or USPS as our default shipping, but we do offer expedited Express 3-Day, 2nd Day Air, & Overnight. Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping is USPS. If you require special shipping, just let us know, we will gladly try to accommodate.
International orders ship via US Postal Priority or Express Mail calculated by Shipping Weight & Country.
International Shipping Rate Estimate: Simply add the purchase items to your shopping cart, click view shopping cart, then click "Estimate Shipping & Tax" and fill out the required Country, Province, Postal code. This will give you accurate shipping estimate before you purchase.
Note: shipping charges cover Linton Outdoors shipping costs only, any additional duties and taxes are outside of our control and the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Orders placed in November & December can be returned until January 31 the following year, to allow for holiday shopping. Please contact customer service to get a Return Authorization Number(RAN) . A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded and up to a 15% restocking fee may apply. Returned products must be in New Sellable condition with ALL original tags and packaging.
New Sellable means that the item must be unworn(aside from trying it on), unwashed, and absent of any stains, scuffs, tears, or foreign smells. In other words, don't buy gear for your hunt, use it, then clean it, slap the tags back on, and expect to return if for a refund. Would you want us to ship you a used item you paid new price for even if it is "good as new"? Of course not. Please be honest.
Products returned that do not meet New Sellable requirements or not returned with original tags and packaging will be rejected.

We will make every effort to get you the free gift you select, but sometimes we run out and have to substitute for a different item or color that is in stock…But hey, it’s still free! Free gifts are part of the purchase and must be returned if requesting a refund. Free gifts not returned will be charged full retail plus shipping costs. Free gifts are not included with any promotional discounts, coupon codes, or any other offers.
You cannot combine promotions such as coupon codes or discounts or gifts with purchase on the same order. You can only use one promotion per order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, an error in pricing, the item out-of-stock, a photo being slightly off, or product information or otherwise, Linton Outdoors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Linton Outoors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and the Purchaser's credit card charged. If Purchaser's credit card has already been charged for the purchase and his/her order is canceled, Linton Outdoors shall issue a credit to the Purchaser's credit card account in the amount of the charge.
