Shipping & Returns

The Linton Guarantee

We make every effort to ensure customers are happy with our products and service.  If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, no problem.  We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.  A copy of your receipt and/or order number speeds things up but may not be necessary.  Although we prefer the products be in new sellable condition with all the tags and packaging, we also realize stuff happens, and we will always take care of you and try to make things right.

The New Gear Lecture...

Short version: Its simple…Make sure it fits your needs before you rip the tags off and get it dirty.

Long version:  We highly recommend your first adventure with your new gear is inside to ensure proper fit.  Wear those new boots indoors on the carpet to check size and wiggle room.  Make sure you are wearing the same socks you will be wearing on your excursion, as most boot issues can be resolved with proper socks or swapping out insoles.  Try your new pack on with 10-15lbs of weight at home before heading for the mountains on that big hunt.  Try on the clothing before you put it into service, etc…I think you get the point.  If everything fits well, then get out of the house and go punish the heck out of it in the mountains like we do!

Manufacturers Warranty

If you find a problem or defect with a product, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly.  They can help you with any warranty concerns for their products much faster.  We will gladly assist you upon request, and will make every effort to help you achieve your desired outcome.

Shipping

For orders over $100, we offer FREE shipping within the lower 48 States or to an APO address.  Don’t forget to click on FREE SHIPPING during checkout.

We use UPS, FedEx, & USPS Ground as our default shipping, but we do offer expedited 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Next Day Air.  If you require special shipping, just let us know, we will gladly try to accommodate.

International orders ship via US Postal Priority Mail calculated by Shipping Weight & Country. 

International Shipping Rate Estimate: Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, click view shopping cart, then click "Estimate Shipping & Tax" and fill out the required Country, Province, Postal code.  This will give you accurate shipping cost before you purchase.

Returns

If you're not happy with something, please contact customer service with your order information to get a Return Authorization Number(RAN).  After 90 days, store credit will be issued.

We will make every effort to get you the free gift you select, but sometimes we run out and have to substitute for a different item or color that is in stock…But hey, it’s still free!  Free gifts are not valid with discounts and promotional offers.
