Eberlestock X3 LoDrag. Eberlestock developed a new pair of packs, the X4 HiSpeed (no scabbard) and the X3 LoDrag. Both are designed to be highly functional, minimalist, lightweight tactical packs. The X3 is a variation of the popular X1A1 model, and incorporates a tactical weapon-sized scabbard (AR-10 with magazine Leupold Mk-4 scope is being carried in the pack in this photo). The HiSpeed and LoDrag have a unique contour shape that tapers at both the top and the bottom, giving the pack an excellent close-to-the-body ride. The packs are fully compressible with pairs of side-mounted compression straps that draw the load upward to optimally position the pack's contents over the wearer's center-of-gravity. The pack is super comfortable, with generous lumbar and kidney padding, excellent ventilation, and our Shooter's Harness. Built in 420 denier ripstop nylon. Actual Weight 5.75 lbs

Fold-away shelf that allows you to either segregate or combine the top and bottom interior load space

The pack can be combined with the GSTC Butt Cover (not included but available as a separate accessory), to fully enclose a weapon up to 60" in length.

The Blue Widow was introduced upon the request of bow hunters who had wondered at first glance what they would do with the rifle scabbard on our Dragonfly and Just One packs. Most of those who used the J107 found that they like the scabbard after all, because it’s a great place to put things like arrows and grunt tubes. But anyway, we like packs so much that we decided to honor the idea and apply some of the un-tapped items in our design locker. The Blue Widow is basically a Dragonfly with the scabbard layer removed. The main vertical pockets and utility expansion compartment are attached directly to the main frame panel. We added a larger Flex Chassis which can fold forward for use as a seat. And because we think that scabbards and packs go together, we made it so that you can add one if you need it.

perfect compact day pack

I carry a big rifle with a big scope in this pack plus food, water, rangefinder, binoculars, ammo, a rain jacket, sleeping pad, note book, bipod, ear muffs, cleaning stuff, etc, and there's still room for more. At the same time this is a small and nimble pack, allowing me to climb, hike, sneak, and move though difficult terrain. The quality is flawless. I could not be happier with my purchase.
