  1. The absolute best base layer

Posted by IDElker on 9th May 2011

5 stars almost doesn't do this shirt justice, it is flat out unbelievable! As a pro skier I only wear merino wool base layers and without a doubt I'm a huge Icebreaker fan. Although the price of merino is pretty steep, it is the best scent-control available, and tough as nails, some of merino has over 300 ski-days in them and they're still going strong. On Chad's suggestion I tried this shirt and it is the best merino ever, even better than $150 Icebreaker shirts. Thanks Chad! It was a gamble but I'm now a total believer!!

This merino stuff is crazy, wore it for days in the backcountry on our mule deer hunt, never did smell bad...me want more!
